No way!!! You need to stand your ground on this one. Do not give her one red cent. I have kids and I would have cleaned it up and tried to see if the blood was inside or outside. My daughter shoved a Q-tip in her ear when she was little and made it bleed I took her to the pediatrician not the E.R. This lady is looking for a handout. I would make sure that the reciept says the kids name and date and time before anything. She made just be hard up for money and that is why you haven't seen her back. Its really sad!!
